The Showroom Marketing Intern/Receptionist is a Ground Floor marketing opportunity for students, interior designers, architects and builders.
Arizona Custom Garage Doors is seeking staff for its flagship showroom located in the Scottsdale Design Center. 

We are a wholly owned subsidiary of A1 Garage Door Service and Repair and developed out of the emerging need of our customers for fine quality garage doors that enhance the beauty for their homes.  Our ideal candidate is seeking opportunities either in the interior design, architecture, building or marketing fields.  If you are a student, currently own a small business or are seeking part time, weekend work, you might enjoy the opportunity to receive reliable income.

We are seeking someone who can work most Saturdays and be flexible to assist Friday thru Sunday 6 times a year for Trade Show and occasionally on weekdays to accommodate outside sales appointments and vacations for other staff.  Showroom consultants will be responsible for showing clients various options available among our custom and manufactured garage door options and generating leads for our sales staff to follow up on. The Showroom Marketing Consultant position provides an hourly salary based commensurate with experience.

Job Duties:

  • Learn our Custom Door product line to better serve potential customers
  • Work with customers in the showroom to answer questions about custom garage doors.
  • Make outbound calls to builders, architects, designers, and homeowners
  • Book appointments with Sales Reps through foot traffic and outbound calls
  • Work with Outside Sales Staff to assist in following up with Customers
  • Assist the Custom Door Manager with various tasks to increase bookings and sales
  • Follow company procedures and policies
  • Maintain the showroom as a professional place of business
  • Use appropriate office technologies and computers to process appointments and bookings
  • Assist with special projects such as special events and display changes
  • Other duties assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work most Saturdays
  • Friday thru Sunday, 6 times a year to Trade Show
  • Occasional Weekday schedule
