Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing 10+ Call Reps with in the first 3 months
  • Supervise all Outbound Call Center Reps that work from home
  • Determines call center operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, and capacity planning
  • Maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analyses; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs; installing upgrades.
  • Prepares call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Keeps informed of developing trends in the industry
  • Coordinates scheduled meetings, training sessions and courses as needed for the call center operation
  • Hire, train and coach a team of sales personnel on their sales ability including managing to metrics.
  • Evaluate all sales personnel on their ability to make a prescribed number of dials per day and meet a set amount of available phone time.
  • Manage performance that meet or fail to meet the set standard for dialing and talk time.
  • Responsible for meeting designated team metrics provided by the partner and/or program management via coaching, mentoring and counseling.
  • Maintains proper scheduling of resources and manage their team to maintain program service levels in answering calls.
  • Insure that his team receives proper training to maintain program and personal growth.
  • Oversee sales personnel documentation of telephone contacts for the purpose of evaluating the database, along with passing qualified leads to field sales reps.
  • Maintain integrity with the team
  • Maintain open lines of communications with specified client contacts for the purpose of strengthening and enhancing client relationships.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

  • Call Center Management: 3 years
  • Formulate, align and execute strategic and operational goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Use a collaborative leadership style and works well within a team environment.
  • Assign, direct, train and instruct personnel reporting directly to her/him.
  • Review and analyze overall departmental performance, work plans and staffing levels. Adjust game plan and strategies daily based on trends in the business.
  • Work collaboratively to interact easily with all levels within the organization; tactful; mature; flexible.
  • Use knowledgeable of call center systems and performance statistics
  • Multi-task in a team environment
  • May attend local and statewide seminars, events, workshops and conferences.
  • Recommends and monitors compliance with department policies and procedures.
  • Initiates and prepares administrative reports.
  • Work effectively in an environment subject to tight deadlines and potentially conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to clearly communicate verbally, read, and write to perform essential functions.
  • Assumes or coordinates other duties or projects as assigned or directed.
  • Experience with phone/internet lead solicitation sales
